How is working with a Health Coach different from your doctor or nutritionist?
When it comes to dietary or behavioral change, most doctors will simply tell you which foods to eliminate, based on your labs – & while that’s a great place to start, they typically don't have the time to teach you HOW to apply this in real life.
Things like navigating the grocery store, travel & so much more
are left for you to figure out on your own.
Then there's the matter of WHY your symptoms are cropping up in the first place. Trust me, there’s always a reason!
What if it's too 'late' for me?
Your genes are malleable - which means you’re never too old or too young to begin!
Whether you're 30, or 80 - getting older doesn’t mean that your body is destined to fall apart, or that genetics alone dictates the final outcome. (The technical term is 'epigenetics' – the way your environment interacts with your genes, causing them to turn ON or OFF is the REAL determinant of health & sickness).
What this means for you is renewed energy, a more positive outlook on life, and feeling a whole lot better in mind and spirit.

Will I ever eat ‘normally’ again?
That depends. Everyone is different, of course. It also depends on your definition of ‘normal’.
That said, healing your body begins with taking a close look at your diet, the health of your gut, & figuring out which foods are best for YOU (not your next-store neighbor).
Dietary change, along with changes in your home environment, getting enough sleep & managing stress - are all part of your personal journey.
Is there any good news?
It took me a good 10 years to figure all this out on my own, but the good news is you don’t have to go to school to learn what I know - I’ve already done the work for you! Plus - after an initial adjustment phase, you’ll be feeling SO much better you’ll wonder why you didn’t do this sooner
(Of course, the reason why you didn’t do this sooner, is because you were busy, or your thought the problem might go away on its own – or maybe you were just a little bit scared of what you might find out, & how that would turn your life upside down & be way too overwhelming to deal with).
